Kure Beach Village Keys
Gazebo Beach Entrance & Beach Bathroom
A key fob is required for the beach and beach bathroom. The new lock was installed and the key fobs were distributed in April 2021.
Tennis Courts, Pools and Exercise room
- An access Key is required to open the Exercise Room, both Tennis Courts, and Pool Gates.
- All owners who do not have a key should contact the office at 707-0843 or stop by between 10 – 12 AM Mon-Fri, to complete the “Kure Beach Homeowner’s Access Key Agreement”.
- We provide the first key to a lot owner free of charge. If you need a replacement key or additional keys for family members, there is a $25.00 charge per additional key. Please note that only one additional key is allowed.
Kure Beach Homeowner’s Card Key Agreement
By accepting the card key for admission to the clubhouse and pool areas, which are to be used by owners and their family members only, I agree to the following:
- I will abide by all rules and regulations regarding the use of the facilities.
- I agree to accept financial responsibility for any damage done to the facilities and/or amenities by my guests or myself.
- If I, the homeowner, allow my card to be used by any other person, I accept full responsibility for their compliance to the rules and regulations. I accept financial responsibility for any loss or damage to the property.
- Use of the card is contingent upon full payment of the annual dues and being a homeowner in good standing.
- If the card is lost, a replacement card will be issued for a fee. The fee is $25 for the first replacement and $50 for any subsequent replacements.
