Amended Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions 2/21/25

Dear HOA members:
Voting for amending our Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions has closed effective February 21, 2025. The Board of Directors and the bylaws committee members want to thank the community for overwhelmingly supporting and passing the amendments suggested to the CC&R’s.
The documents were submitted to our attorney to determine their validity and compliance with current state law for HOAs. Due to the committee’s work, the new documents met the necessary criteria and therefore only minor changes were needed, providing a significant savings in legal work necessary to accomplish the task of amending the bylaws.
The next step is to have the CC&Rs filed with the North Carolina Secretary of State to formalize their adoption for the Kure Beach Village Homeowner’s Association. The governing documents for our HOA are posted on the website for your review.
The HOA now has an updated set of governing documents that will permit its present and future Boards and membership to move forward and continue to manage the affairs of our community. If you have any questions or need any additional information, please contact us.
