Clubhouse Reservation Procedures

The Kure Beach Village Clubhouse may be reserved for official KBVHOA meetings or KBVHOA socials without Fee or a cleaning deposit.

1. Members in good standing with the KBVHOA may apply to reserve the clubhouse for private parties and other planned events. Reservation Fee: A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is payable when reservation is approved. Additionally, a refundable deposit of  $200.00 is also required. Make check(s) payable to KBVHOA (Kure Beach Village Homeowners Association).
2. This deposit will be returned upon satisfactory clean-up inspection. Damage or clean-up excess of $200.00 will be the responsibility of the resident who makes the reservation.
3. No commercial business, training or sales may be conducted in the clubhouse.
4. Reservation application may be made by calling the KBVHOA representative at least 7 days in advance of the event.
5. The KBVHOA representative will provide an application, verify eligibility, collect the cleaning deposit, discuss rules, and post the notice of event on the clubhouse doors.
6. Clean-up is required immediately following any party or scheduled event. (See Reservation Application front page for details). If clean-up is not done in a timely manner a $50.00 late fee will be deducted from your deposit.
7. A clubhouse reservation does not include reserved use of the pool. And for safety reasons, the door from the Clubhouse to the pool area must remain closed and locked.
8. Music must not disturb the neighborhood.
9. Scheduled events must not continue after 11:00 P.M. except New Year’s Eve parties which must end at 12:30 AM:

Clubhouse Rules

The clubhouse is for the use of members in good standing only. Members include homeowners and their family members and renters, (if the homeowner has authorized membership privileges).

1. Alcoholic beverages may not be served or consumed by anyone under the age of 21. Use of illicit drugs is prohibited.
2. Family members under the age of 18 may gather inside the clubhouse and/or use the pool table with supervision by an adult family member over the age of 18.
3. Use of any tobacco product is prohibited.
4. Loud voices, boisterous behavior, profanity and obscene language are prohibited.
5. Members in good ·standing may use the clubhouse on a nonexclusive basis and have up to 10 family and friends with food and drinks. A reservation and cleaning deposit is not required. The member is responsible to clean up all food, drinks and remove trash upon leaving the club house.
6. Swimmer access to bathrooms is through the rear door only. Wet swimsuits are allowed in the bathroom area only. You may not enter the carpeted area of the clubhouse in wet attire.
7. No pets allowed in the clubhouse or pool area except animals assisting the disabled.
8. If furniture is moved, it must be returned to its original place at the end of the event. No furniture may be taken outside. The pool table may never be moved.
9. The Clubhouse may be used from 8:00 A.M. Until 11:00 P.M.
10. Gambling or other illegal acts are prohibited on all Kure Reach Village HOA facilities or common areas including but not limited to the club house, pools, tennis courts, gazebo and parking areas.
