Beach parking
Beach parking passes are now available for pick up in the Clubhouse office – 701 Sailor Court.
Drop into the office Monday – Friday between 10 am – noon to pick up your pass. Passes will be required to park in the beach lot starting Monday, May 1.
Each homeowner is entitled to two free parking passes. If you would like a laminated parking pass the cost is $1 per pass.

The Board of Directors has engaged the services of Atlantic Recovery, Inc. for removal of unauthorized vehicles parked in our Oceanfront Gazebo Parking Lot. Vehicles without hang tags visible on mirror or dashboard WILL BE TOWED AT OWNER EXPENSE to an offsite lot in Wilmington. The current fee for recovery is $120.00 plus $20.00 per day for storage.
THERE IS NO COST TO THE HOA FOR THIS SERVICE
Please make sure to use your parking pass hang tags when parking at the gazebo.
