Homes in Kure Beach Village can only be rented for a minimum of twelve continuous months

Per The Kure Beach Village Bylaws SECTION 5.6 (B) USE OF LOTS:

“No portion of the lot/residence other than the entire lot may be rented, and rentals shorter in length than twelve (12) continuous months are prohibited.”

Owners who rent their home for this minimum 12 month period must submit their lease and the addendum to lease to:

The purpose of the addendum to lease is to ensure that both Tenant and Owner are aware of and fully understand the rules and regulations that govern the use of common areas and the responsibilities for use of and maintenance of properties within Kure Beach Village Homeowners Association and The Keys at Kure Beach Homeowners Association for townhome properties.

A $50 administrative fee payable to the KBV HOA is required along with the lease and the Addendum to Lease for all new leases.  Thank you for your cooperation.

Home Sales

The HOA charges a one-time transfer fee of $50 upon the transfer of a lot from one owner to another to offset administrative costs associated with the transfer, which include the costs of changing the association’s ownership records and preparing the real estate closing statement.  Attorneys can contact KBVHOA@gmail.com to receive a HOA closing statement.
